My baby is 7 months old. when to introduce jaggery to her in diet??

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello you can introduce jaggery now which is not a problem and is safe for the child..i. jaggery being rich 8n iron content is absolutely safe and not a problem.. you can be adding it 8n your baby food which is safe for the growth of your child also
