my baby is 7 months old...what should i feed her..??and what about milk ,egg and nuts??

A. you have to feed formula milk only till one year of age or breastmilk if you are comfortable to feed . and avoid nuts ,eggs till 10 months of age meanwhile feed only liquids and semi liquids diets like daal water rice water, fruits in mashed or pureed form , fruits which has stem like apple or pear boil it first and then mash it , suji kheer, aata sheera , you can start giving curd , coconut water , vegetable soup etc
