My baby is 7 months old Can I give her makhana kheer and use jaggery in it?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes can give, but no need to add jaggery now. Give 2 major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
