Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. give frequent feeding and maintain proper hydration by giving coconut water and fruit juice further about this you can get guided properly by consulting your nearby doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it becomes difficult to explain here in details without proper examination
