Q.

My baby is 7 and a half month old. I am getting very very less breastfeed. Since she is not taking formula feed, It becomes difficult for me to feed her at night. She wakes up and cries with hunger. What can be given to her? Kindly guide.

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet while breastfeeding your baby. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet like mashed fruits and vegetables, vegetable soups, mashed khichadi, ragi and so on. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Consult your child’s doctor for advice.
