Q.

My baby is 7.5 months and even now she wakes up every 2hrs at night and feeds a little and sleeps. this pattern is going on from the time i give her 3 meals. Before that it was 3hrs +2hrs +2hrs+1hr+1hr night's sleep pattern.

A. at dinner give dal roti doodh roti around 7.30 - 8.30 pm the best way to put baby sleep give good massage before bed play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping
