my baby is 6 yr 10 mnth old... uske milk teeth upper middle do tooth gy h but 3 mnth ho gy abhi tak new teeth nh aye h..... kb tak aynge.... ky dentist ko dikhana chaye

A. hi usually after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts within a gap of 3 -6 months. if after 6 months also teeth does not erupt, consult pediatric dentist for examination

A. You should wait for at least 6 to 7 months after the first teeth falls down and if it doesn’t happen by that time then you can consult a dentist but otherwise there is no such delay because the teeth is going to come sometimes it just gets little late than expected time but it’s not a problem
