my baby is 6 yr 10 mnth old... uske milk teeth upper middle do tooth gy h but 3 mnth ho gy abhi tak new teeth nh aye h..... kb tak aynge.... ky dentist ko dikhana chaye

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist1 Year agoA. hi usually after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts within a gap of 3 -6 months. if after 6 months also teeth does not erupt, consult pediatric dentist for examination

You should wait for at least 6 to 7 months after the first teeth falls down and if it doesn’t happen by that time then you can consult a dentist but otherwise there is no such delay because the teeth is going to come sometimes it just gets little late than expected time but it’s not a problem
