my baby is 6 months old. since 2 days she has watery stool and vomitting. she is having teething also. She is on formula completely. She also taking feeding much low now. What should do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. the baby is 6 months old with some loose motions watery motions and vomiting there may be some infection you should give enterogermina twice a day for three days and consult your doctor once
