My baby is 6 months old his weight as of now is 8.6 kg his head circumference is 41 cm .3 months back his HC was 39cm. but he completed all the developmental milestones . Do i need to worry . please help me.

A. Hi Ideal height weight is different for each baby. it depends on babys height weight at birth best way to track if baby is growing properly is by plotting height weight & head circumference every month or 15 days on a growth chart
