A. Dear parent, avoid giving commercially available packaged foods like cerelac. Prefer to give homemade food. You can give homemade cerelac, porridge, kheer, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give 2 to 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time. Breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby. You can feed in between meals and on demand.
