My baby is 6 months old and sleeps very less.. He naps hardly for 25-30 mins.. He also doesn’t take his afternoon nap of 1 hr or so daily, takes once in a while.. His sleep is very light.. In spite of giving him a calm environment with dim lights he doesn’t sleep well.. wakes up even if he is not hungry.. Please suggest what can i do so that he sleeps well.
