my baby is 6 month old now...should i gave him cerelac which is available at market....

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Instead of packed cerelac Home made cerelac with pulses, grains is best. clean,wash and dry pulses,grains ( Rice,moongdal/toordal) - Dry roast,add jeera, ajwain for digestion grind into fine powder store in air tight container . Prepare small quantity initially. Cooking - Boil water add ghee add powder and stir continuously until semi solids texture. Later a month prepare this cerelac with more pulses, grains - Rice, wheat, Toor Dal, moongdal, chanadal,urad dal, nuts after checking suitability.
