1Don't give your baby any honey before she's a year old, even if it's to treat a cough. This is because honey can, very occasionally, contain a spore of a bacterium called clostridium botulinum. This can cause a rare form of food poisoning (botulism) in babies.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello please do not give baby honey till the baby complete I e year as the honey being sweet can cause botulism in kids and can upset your baby tummy also.. so do. ot give baby honey till one year and later you may give whivh should be fine if pure honey
