You can give it by adding little water into it till baby completes 1 year. After that give without adding water.
Give dal water rice water coconut water and gradually give suji kheer oats kheer khichadi daliya mashed potatoes mashed potatoes mashed bnana seasonal fruit and veggies soup eggs paneer cheese etc.
