# my baby is 6 month old but she is spitting too much.. why?

Don't forget to burp after every feed to baby. This is really important.
Sometimes spitting is normal. Don't worry much. Just feed again. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month.
Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year
