my baby is 6 month old boy,this redness appear suddenly on his back , arm,neck.. can any one tel me what is the reason behind this and any madcine for this?

anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy
do not give any type allergic foodf and do not apply any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergy
kindly give plenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination
