My baby is 6 days old and sleeps during the day and cries a lot in the night every 3 hours i give breast feed is it so sufficient for baby

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort whitch can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. othrer reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
