my baby is 6 and half months old.. from yesterday we saw some watery pimples on her body.. please see the photos and suggest.. is it chickenpox or what?

A. it is called molluscum . it's a viral infection of skin. please get it checked soon as it spreads very quickly

A. good afternoon it is not looking like chicken pox but I will recommend that you should definitely try to visit your doctor for a proper clinical examination it is important that proper remedy be used
