My baby is 6 and half months can I use chiroti rava for rava ganji for my baby

A. Yes yes of course you can give it to the child there is no problem anything healthy that you would want to give to the child there is no problem in that case a lot of people giving prefer giving these foods to the child in an early age which is healthy
