Hello mom no matter what people will talk ,  it isn’t easy as a women and mother to take these comment but remember what ever you eat and think will have a direct effect on your health and your milk production and effecting the quality of the milk as well 
So learn to ignore .. take him to the doctor and get him examined as he is not able to reach his milestones on time is slightly concerning .
