my baby is 5month and 18 days oly after starting solid while doing potty he used to cry n he poop is very hard how to help my baby

Therefore, give one new food at a time, preferably in the morning. Continue with breastfeeding the rest of the time. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter.
