my baby is 5m old, today he passing stool yellow color with tiny black spots , it is normal or serious?

Yellow colours stool is totally normal. Sometimes the change of colour in babies poop is because of natural or artificial food intake in mothers diet or can also be because of formula milk. In such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about
