Q.
My baby is 50 days old, Im not getting enough milk to feed baby even after feeding baby crying due to not having sufficient milk.. pls advise what should i do to improve.. This is my 3rd baby all babies birth by cicerian.

mam,you should offer plenty of breastfeeds, because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
massage your breasts with coconut oil.
you can take food like fennel seeds water, jeera water, drumsticks soup etc which are considered as best for this.
or you can take lactare tablets like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this also.
