Q.

my baby is 5 months old. she is completely formula fed.now she is having cows milk allergy. doctor said to start solid without milk. can u give tell what to do. still is not ready to start solid

A. don't use cow milk

A. Hi mom Cow milk to be introduced once baby completes on year..not now. u can continue to give formula milk. side by side try giving solids like Cerelac, apple puree , daal ka pani etc
