Q.

My baby is 5 months old , his temperature from past 1 month is 91 or 92degree fareheit . He is currently in Qatar. We moved to Qatar last month

A. These kind of fever are usually Viral in nature . You must give paracetamol containing medicine to baby at 6 hourly for 1 day, if fever does come down to base line you must add meftal p syrup for that spike.you can do tepid sponging with Luke warm water. keep measuring temperature at 6 hourly
