my baby is 5 months old and his weight is 6 kg. He looks very slim and he is only feeding mother milk.. can i feed him something else for gaining health?

A. Dear mum, weight of 6 kg is absolutely normal for 5 months old baby, do not worry. You should continue with exclusive breastfeeding till the completion of 6 months. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
