my baby is 5 months old and exclusively breastfead, when should I start solid food ?

A. hi dear mom..solids to be started post six months ...baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months. .breast milk is sufficient to meet all nutritional requirements of baby till six months...use heat sensitive spoon from Babyhug to feed solids to baby
