My baby is 5 months 25 days old her weight is 7kg she has runny and stuffy nose Frm yesterday with little wet cough from today she has fever slightly consulted doc I’m giving her t minic drops along wit azithral drops and ascoril ka drops Wht to do for her stuffy nose as she is nt able to brestfeed and crying a lot can I offer her water little to keep her hydrated plz help me wit this and how to give her steam ?

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and  if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion  it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough annd fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
