my baby is 5 month old she has loos motion she poop 5 times a day I give medication but nothing work what should I do..?

enterogermina probiotics drops one tube a t morning and one at evening would be helpful (you may give 1 only in this case )
keep her well hydrated by giving her breast milk as per her demand and or every two to thre hours
