my baby is 5 month old. She doing poop watery and green colour. Is there any serious thing and what exactly going on?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. if the frequency is more and urine count is less than 6 , than consult paedriatian. Mother’s milk is best for the baby so continue breast feeding. You should not stop feedings because A baby can become dehydrated very quickly without feedings.
