it is not advisable toc use any medicines without medical consultation because they have gotg side effects.
it is advisable that you should visit your doctor for that.
how to take a particular medicine and the dosage will be told by your doctor.
so kindly avoid self medication

If it has been suggested by the doctor then I don’t see any issue with that as we don’t recommend you to give drops to your child without your doctors advice but if your doctor has advised you to use it for your child who certainly may go ahead with what they have advised
