ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, no, you should not give wheat cerelac or any other external food to your baby to eat. you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. if breast milk supply is not sufficient then you can give formula.
