My baby is 5 month and 26days old he is pooping frequently after every feed, sometimes normal and sometimes watery

Let me be a genuine your child is suffering with diarrhoea only so I think you should I get a check with your doctor if they advise you to go ahead with getting a stool test done then you get us told us that to have surety about the issue as to what it is and what medicine would be required for thisWrite Your Answer Here
