my baby is 5 month and 10 days old, is it ok to use 26 degree ac for him, my elder told that ac make babies skin dry. doctor said that his eustachian tube is Small and develop along with growing, so nasal block may be common and he suffer one month with nasal block

This is absolutely absurd that the AC is going to make the skin dry when the child is born in air conditioner only how can you say that it is going to make the skin dry that has no connection you can give the temperature somewhere of 85 to 26° if you want to happen which is my probably a child could be having a nasal congestion but still if you need to be more sure about it you can check with an ENT doctor as well
