my baby is 5 month 3 days old, she is on lactogen 1formula milk completely from last 2 months, from Last 2 days while passing the stool she cries a lot ,but she passes stool easily ,she had rashes I applied ointment also and she is passing dark green and yellow color motion since 2 months please answer.

Usually formula fed babies tend to have indigestion or constipation or tummy infection caused by constipation.
If possible provide her BM ..
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Keep her hydrated
Mom should use.morre probiotics , citrus fruits and millets .
Enterogermina probiotics drops two drops two times a day can be given if she has tummy infection
