my baby is 5 month 16 days old, she got rashes on her bump and vaginal area, she has loose motion also, doctor prescribed siloderm cream the surfaz sn ointment still rashes there I am attaching the pic please answer, for loose motion doctor prescribed vibact still no use, I have attached the photo of rashes please please answer I don't what to do

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. I parent your kids 5 months old and is having diaper rash the reason of which could be frequent episodes of loose stools as the rashes are persisting kindly consult a dermatologist for appropriate management

please avoid use of Dipper during day time
please change it after every two to three hours
please keep your child cool and dry and maintain hygiene properly
please use lose cotton clothes
please once consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
