my baby is 5 month 15 days since last Monday she's been pooping once in a day. today she poop lots with following mucus and tiny dot blood like the colour of the poop is yellow jelly like. please help me out

A. It may n associated with infection in the tummy of the child and that’s going to b a lot good to start with a. Course of antibiotics to the child and also if needed u can conduct a stool test for the child and this way u will b more sure about the reason about it if its not infection
