Q.

My baby is 5 and half months old and had fever for 5 days doctor gave clavam bid medicine for 7 days. Baby is having fever back again after 3 days of dose and also passing motions for multiple times.

A. it is very common that after antibiotics loose motion can occur in children for which usually probiotics are advised by the doctors and you can give sachet sporolac once or twice daily and if it is still not improving then meet your doctor whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructizons given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up. so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigatizon is needed or not .

A. Reoccurring fevers yeah it can be a concern especially in little kids. I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now. Take care.
