My baby is 4yrs old and having fever 100.4 repeated 3times today

A. Is the tendency of fever to keep repeating every 5 to 6 hours which is I’m going to recommend you that you should give proper fever medication to the child and repeat every six hours and if the fever doesn’t subside within two hours and kindly consult your doctor
