my baby is 4months old and she is 5.3kg.. she looks very tiny.. plz suggest

A. you have a mention the birth weight of the child so I would just like to tell if your child Games 400 grams every month then a minimum of 2 kg by completing the age of 5 months or more than that then that is going to be the most appropriate weight gain that a child can have
