Q.

my baby is 4months. from morning I found his hand palm ✋ and leg palm & head is litely heat. other parts are normal. why this is? and what to do? here is rainy season

A. tomorrow 04th November, he had appointment for vaccine. is this fine to take vaccine. right?

A. that can be normal. it s a normal thing as per what you have mentioned about this so for now does not appear to be worry some so do not worry at all about it .
