My baby is 4month 2days old and he is facing lose motion since 10 days and mucus on it and i have seen some droplets of blood on it too not in every poop but in 1-2 time poop after medication from doctor lose motion is ok but his poop is all of mucus and new time i have seen a little blood droplets too….. What is the reason behind it ?why this happening is this is a 3rd month vaccination side effect ?
