My baby is 4m old and poops while feeding. He uses extreme force for pooping but his poop is watery, seedy, greenish, yellow all mixed. How do I confirm if he is allergic ?! He started pooping this way for last month or so

4 months baby passing stool while feeding is normal It is quite common that in small babies they will be passing motion immediately after taking feeding this is because of gastrocolic reflex present in the babies no need to worry about this as the baby is growing in the age it will disappear

Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
