Q.
my baby is 48 days old and i am breastfeeding her but from today morning my 1 breast is paining a lot its paining while she is feeding as well as while she is not please suggest me what to do

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes.
and do breast massage or compression during feedings.
Breastfeed often every 1.5 to 2 hours during the day .

Yea It’s very normal for women to have breast pain when they are feeding the child is considered very normal during this time so the pain is more you can start doing hot compress and sometimes it could be related to your nerves also but if the pain is frequent and too much then you should consult your doctor
