my baby is 40 days old and passes gas by moving his legs and movement... he becomes uncomfortable but once the gas is passed he is ok. should I give him colic drop or not ?

A. If your child is passing gas then there is no problem sometimes I could be a little bit of discomfort but if the child is passing gas that means there is no stomach pain so don’t give medicine to the child unnecessarily
