By four years the weight should be anywhere between 15-17 kgs.. Give all that you cook for your family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado, ragi, sweet potato etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain
