Q. My baby is 4 months old..... What can I start giving her instead of breast milk?

A. it's better to exclusively breastfeed till 6months completion. it's rich in nutrients, enough for the baby. if needed you can introduce formula. but continue breastfeeding if possible. start semisolids at 6 months completion

A. For water or food, you should wait till the baby is 6 months old. This is because any other food would not provide the nutrients, which milk does. Moreover the digestive system is still developing and may not have enough enzymes to digest other foods properly. Hope this helps
