my baby is 4 months old she going more than 10 motions today we saw small blood spot could please suggest is it normal or not

but since a blood spot is being observed you need to consult and maybe a stool test should be done to rule out the cause and accordingly take the treatment required

It may be due to teething problems
No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
