Q.

my baby is 4 months old shall I give him the cerlac and solid foods .. will anyone suggest

A. cerelac and solids should be started after baby complete six months.. exclusively breast feeding is recommended till six months.. then you can start with ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge cerelac blended khichdi puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables.. remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
