My baby is 4 months old. his head is not normal round shape, one side it is flat due to sleeping position. how to correct it and make it into the shape. i am very much worried please suggest

due to pressure on one side of the head during sleeping there is flatness / abnormal shape on that side of the head. 
no treatment is required for flat head / bumpy head and you will see that by one year to two years of age the flat head will go away as soon as the child beginsc to sit and later walk.
pillows will not help muchv in this case so do not worry.
the bones in the skull are elastic so to give space to the growing brain it takes different shape and when the growth of the brain occurs properly then gradually they will take a normal shape.

hi, please don't worry. While your baby sleeping, keep your baby's head on the opposite side and give a support at the other side to keep it in position. shape will get correct. And also, if baby started to roll over automatically the shape become round. And the shape of the head can be corrected upto 18 months.
